Kitchen Assistant / Rice Noodle Cook – TIAN BIAN MEN JU BRAISED CHICKEN RICE – London

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our rice noodle shop’s kitchen team. You will help cook rice noodles, prepare ingredients, assemble orders, and keep the kitchen clean and organised.,

• Cook rice noodles and prepare dishes following our recipes and portion standards.
• Prepare ingredients, toppings, sauces, and other items before service.
• Assemble and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Keep preparation areas stocked and ready during service.
• Wash utensils and equipment and assist with daily kitchen cleaning.
• Follow food hygiene procedures and store ingredients correctly.
• Work with the team to ensure orders are ready on time. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a busy kitchen.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Willing to help with cooking, food preparation, and cleaning.
• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is helpful.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred.
