Children’s Residential Support Worker – Therapeutic Care

Horizon Care and Education is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Salford to help young people thrive in a supportive home environment. You will assist with daily routines, meals, and activities, promoting safety and well-being.

The role requires building trusting relationships, role modelling, and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People Workforce is encouraged to complete.
