Resident-Focused Housing Officer

Morgan Hunt is representing a Housing Association in South East London to recruit a Housing Officer on a contract basis. You will be the frontline contact for residents, ensuring safe homes and services, and actively seeking resident feedback within policy to deliver outcomes that residents value.

You will manage tenancies, estate services contracts, antisocial behaviour, voids and lettings, supporting income, repairs and compliance teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
