Responsibilities

• Managing employment tribunal litigation
• Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
• Handling unfair dismissal matters
• Preparing witness statements
• Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Advising claimants (with occasional employer matters)

Key requirements

• 3-6 PQE England & Wales qualified solicitors
• At least 3 years UK employment law experience in a UK law firm
• Experience managing employment tribunal litigation
