Community Liaison Officer – Social Housing & Resident Engagement

Fortem is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to support our North West operations from Chester, with travel to the Chester and Stoke areas. The role is permanent, Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, and focuses on engaging residents and coordinating access for works.

You will act as the primary contact for residents, delivering empathetic communications and ensuring planned works run on schedule. Fortem values community focus and strong stakeholder relations in the social housing sector.
