Internal Communications Change Manager – Hybrid, 9-Month

Adecco Portugal is recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager in London on a 9-month contract (Inside IR35), Hybrid working. You will lead the development and delivery of strategic internal communications to support a major transformation and keep employees informed and engaged.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, translate complex programmes into clear messages, and create content across intranet, email, town halls and leadership updates, driving alignment across global teams.
