Senior Field-Based Relationship Manager – Major Accounts

The AA is seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Manager (SMR) to own and grow a portfolio of major UK customer relationships within the Roadside Services unit. This field-based, permanent role offers leadership in pricing, contract negotiations and strategic customer value delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders up to Board level, and shape service improvements that protect retention and unlock incremental revenue.
