Director of Estates & HR | Growth & Transformation

IWFM is seeking a Director of Estates and HR to provide strategic and operational leadership across HR, estates, IT, and business operations. The role reports to the Chief Executive and focuses on shaping long–term strategy while driving efficiency and excellence across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of people and estates initiatives, support expansion projects, and foster a high–performing culture within a fast–moving education sector environment.
