Learning Support Specialist – Inclusion & Wellbeing

Ormiston Beachcroft Academy is seeking a Learning Support Professional to help pupils who find mainstream education challenging re-engage with learning. You will support individuals and small groups, deliver literacy, speech and language, and PSHE interventions, and assist with behaviour management and relationship-building.

The role requires warm, clear communication, teamwork, and a commitment to inclusion.
