Sixth Form Pastoral & Student Support Assistant

Great Western Academy is seeking a Sixth Form Pastoral Assistant to provide admin and pastoral support to our Sixth Form students. The role focuses on maximising academic, emotional, and social learning, while building strong relationships with students and families.

The successful candidate will bring experience with young people and strong organisational and IT skills, supporting the Sixth Form team in delivering high-quality pastoral care.
