CareTech Community Services seeks a Residential Support Worker for Deaf Services in Mid Devon. You will support deaf young people in daily living, using BSL and AAC tools where needed. Training and probation progression offered, with DBS checks and safer recruitment practices in place.
Roles include flexible full-time and part-time shifts, and a sleep-in rate of £32 per night. You will be part of a dedicated team providing engaging activities and community integration.
