Senior Manager – Resilience Testing & Regulatory Compliance

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead D&A’s Scenario Testing Programme and drive operational resilience maturity across the organisation. You will establish testing standards, plan and execute resilience exercises, and ensure evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.

The role requires deep knowledge of DORA, Operational Resilience, ICT Risk, and BC frameworks, with strong stakeholder engagement across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
