The role:
Take the lead of an established charter sales team, driving performance, developing talent and playing a key role in the business’s next phase of growth.
Lead, coach and develop the sales team
Own revenue, GP and conversion targets
Drive new business and grow key accounts
Support complex and high-value charter opportunities
Protect margin and commercial performance
Work closely with operations to deliver exceptional service
We’re looking for someone who has:
5+ years’ private aviation charter sales experience
Strong record of closing high-value business
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
Experience managing high-value client relationships
Strong industry network advantageous
