Community Safety Team Leader – Frontline Wardens (Evenings)

The London Borough of Merton is seeking a Team Leader for the Neighbourhood Warden service to provide visible leadership and supervise a team of uniformed wardens. The role focuses on high quality, customer-focused service to residents, businesses and visitors and on proactive engagement to deter anti-social behaviour and environmental crime.

The post is fixed-term to cover maternity leave and will require working evenings and weekends to meet community safety priorities.
