Proactive Housing Collections Specialist

Peabody is seeking a proactive Collections Officer to help tenants stay in their homes. You will manage arrears with empathy, support welfare benefits, and tailor payment plans.

This role covers the Home Counties with travel to High Wycombe; you’ll progress legal action when needed and ensure compliance with court pre-action protocols while delivering excellent customer service.
