Strategic Collections Specialist – NPAs, Revenue & Recovery

SkillLabs is seeking a Collections Officer in the United Kingdom to manage the assigned area, drive timely recoveries, and ensure adherence to bucket and DPD targets. You will coordinate resolution strategies across lines of credit to reduce delinquencies.

You will verify assets, pursue SARFESI/Section 9 processes through court receivers, monitor KPI targets, and strive to improve customer experience by resolving issues within the agreed TAT.
