Chief Income Officer: Global Fundraising Leader (Hybrid)

Oxfam is seeking a Chief Income Officer to lead the organisation’s income growth across diverse fundraising channels. You will report to the CEO and sit on the Strategic Leadership Team, shaping strategy and ensuring alignment with our mission to end poverty.

You will drive integration across income streams, engage with Boards and senior stakeholders, and oversee substantial budgets while maintaining Oxfam’s feminist principles and values.
