Cleaning Operations Supervisor – Growth & Training

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to join our cleaning team. The role involves overseeing cleaning across floors, washrooms and communal areas, managing rotas, audits and recruitment, and ensuring training and HR processes are followed on-site.

The ideal candidate will have prior managerial or supervisory experience in cleaning, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work to deadlines with flexible hours. Right to work in the UK is required.
