• Design and develop scalable responsive web applications using React and NET Core
• Implement robust backend services and APIs leveraging NET Core
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate frontend components with backend services
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code adhering to industry best practices
• Ensure high performance responsiveness and usability across devices and browsers
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and NET Core development
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to optimize performance and reliability

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead development initiatives within the NET ReactJs skill cluster family
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on React and NET Core best practices
• Drive adoption of architecture patterns and software development principles for scalable solutions
• Collaborate closely with backend DevOps and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
