What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the delivery of your Territory Sales KPI’s, in line with the business
- goals
- Deliver the recruitment strategy for your Territory
- Lead a team of Field Sales Managers to deliver core company sales KPI’s
- Coach, manage and support your team of Field Sales Managers to deliver their area
- sales KPI’s through quality sales coaching
- Complete documented reviews and evidence your support via company
- observational tools
- Ability to affect change and drive sales in the field, across multiple locations
- Become a CRM and process expert, to lead your team to success through sales
A full UK driving licenseAccess to a vehicle that meets our safety specificationsMinimum 3 years sales management experienceEvidence of coaching in a sales environmentAbility to close sales via door to door selling to demonstrate best practiceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 program suite
