Social Worker, Children with Disabilities — Hybrid

Brent Council is recruiting Social Workers for the Children with Disabilities (CWD) team. You will assess and plan for children aged 0–18 with severe disabilities, coordinating homes, equipment and direct payments while safeguarding and advocating for families.
