The company is inviting applications from experienced professionals for the role of Technical Lead, combining technical assurance, people development, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Technical Service Architects, own technical standards and governance across strategic accounts, and act as a trusted senior advisor to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Technical Service Architects
• Own technical standards, reference architectures and design governance
• Provide technical assurance security, compliance, resilience, supportability
• Oversee customer technical roadmaps and service improvement plans
• Develop strategic service offerings from concept to delivery
• Act as senior technical advisor to strategic customers and IT leadership
• Provide technical input to bids, proposals and service design
• Maintain forward view of skills/capability needs across the practice

Skills/Must Have

• Proven technical leadership within an IT consultancy, MSP or customer-facing environment
• Experience coaching/developing senior technical professionals
• Broad knowledge across cloud, infrastructure, M365, identity, digital workplace, cyber security, managed services
• Strong Azure, M365 and Entra ID/AD knowledge
• Strong grounding in Zero Trust, Defender/Sentinel, NCSC, NIST, ISO 27001
• ITIL v4 Foundation; senior MS certs (SC-100, MS-102, AZ-305) desirable
• Desirable: team/capability scaling experience, IaC (PowerShell/Bicep/Terraform), TOGAF/CISSP

Contract Details

• Remote 6 Months
• Outside IR35

Salary

• £400 – 450/day
