Industry-Leading Main Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor in East London to lead commercial activities on major projects valued from £30,000,000 to £200,000,000. You will drive profitability and oversee budgets, forecasts and contractual matters.
The role reports to the Commercial Manager and requires proven cost control, negotiation and leadership skills with experience in industrial/steel frame builds. Excellent stakeholder collaboration is essential.
