French-Speaking EU HR Business Partner – Change & M&A

IMDEX is seeking a French-speaking HR Business Partner to shape people outcomes across Europe and support change that matters. You will partner with leaders and employees, navigate complex employee relations, and contribute to mergers, acquisitions and integrations.

You bring at least five years of HR advisory or partner experience, fluency in English and native French, and a track record of delivering pragmatic HR solutions in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
