Information Technology Project Manager

Project Manager (Office Move) – 12 Month Contract – £700 pd (Inside IR35) – Hybrid London

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery for office relocation and workplace transformation programmes.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
• Coordinate network infrastructure, connectivity, AV, collaboration, smart building, and end-user technology delivery.
• Manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners to meet project milestones.
• Build effective relationships across technology, facilities, security, and business teams.
• Drive issue resolution, decisions, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale office relocation or workplace transformation projects.
• Strong project management experience across complex technology infrastructure and workplace initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, including network, end-user computing, AV, and smart building technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and multiple suppliers.
• Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, reporting, budgeting, and delivery planning.
