Domiciliary Care Worker / Care Assistant

We are looking for reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes across Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas.

The successful candidates will support individuals with their day-to-day care needs while promoting their independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support in service users’ homes.
• Assist with personal care, dressing, washing and other daily activities.
• Support with meal preparation and household tasks where required.
• Assist service users with mobility and maintaining independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and the care team.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in domiciliary care, supported living or a similar care environment is desirable.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional approach.
• Candidates must be willing to travel between care visits.
