Morrisons is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead by example on every shift, empowering the team to deliver outstanding service to local shoppers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll coach colleagues, handle scheduling, and build strong relationships to keep checkout and service areas running smoothly.

You will drive performance, plan resources, and develop talent to meet all sales and service targets while maintaining high standards across the store.
