Order & Delivery Lead – Customer Service Exec

Kingdom Services Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our manufacturing client on a permanent basis. You will be the main link between customers and internal teams, taking ownership of enquiries and ensuring orders progress smoothly from start to finish.

You will act as the point of contact for customers placing and progressing orders, coordinating with Production to track status and communicate requirements.
