Executive Director – Youth Movement Leadership & Impact

Habonim Dror in London seeks an Executive Director to lead one of the UK’s well-established youth movements. This full-time role (significant part-time considered) requires hands-on management of operations, finance, fundraising, and administration, with a focus on strategic development.

Based in north London with flexible hours and some home working; UK travel for summer and winter camps; reporting to Trustees. Salary £40,000–£50,000 per annum commensurate with experience.
