What You Will Do:
- Coordinate rent and service charge collection, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Maximise property occupancy through effective void management, maintenance, and tenancy enforcement
- Ensure properties and surrounding environments are safe, secure, and support positive community relations
- Maintain high standards of health and safety and property maintenance
- Adhere to and support Service Level Agreements with third-party care and support providers
- Work collaboratively with area teams to deliver high-quality housing management services
- Support, develop, and induct Housing Management Workers
- Oversee landlord duties, monitor and report repairs, and take appropriate tenancy action
