The successful candidate should be comfortable handling a caseload of:

• Sales of leasehold and freehold properties

n

• Purchases of leasehold and freehold properties

n

• Re-mortageing

n

• Transfer of Equity

n

• Deeds of Gift

n

• Declaration of Trust

n

• Advice on Co-ownership

n

• Registration of land and property with Land Registry

n

• Shared Ownership

n

n

This firm are looking for a qualified solicitor with experience handling the above matters. This role is entirely office based.
