Inpatient Social Therapist — Recovery & Group Work

Cygnet Group’s Cygnet Hospital Ealing is seeking a Social Therapist to join its MDT on an in-patient ward. You will assess, plan and deliver social therapy as part of personalised care, engaging service users, families and carers on the recovery pathway.

This role involves facilitating activities and group work, monitoring progress, and attending clinical meetings. Applicants must be HCPC-registered and hold a Social Therapy qualification, with a UK driving licence preferred.
