AI Transformation Business Analyst – Hybrid FS (London)

MORELA is supporting a major UK financial services AI transformation programme in London. We seek two Business Analysts to lead elicitation, model complex workflows and translate policies into AI-ready processes with human-in-the-loop controls.

The role is a 9-month contract, inside IR35, hybrid London-based with 50% office time, commencing early to mid November 2026. Candidates should have 5–7 years of BA experience in regulated environments.
