Bid Manager, Tier 1 Construction, Flexible/Hybrid

Fawkes & Reece London seeks an experienced Bid Manager to lead tenders for major construction projects within a Tier 1 main contracting environment. You will drive the bid process from opportunity through submission, coordinating pre-construction, estimating, commercial and operations teams to deliver competitive proposals.

You will manage PQQs, SQs and ITTs, develop bid strategies, oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure on-time, high-quality tender submissions for high-profile contracts.
