Head of Business Operations – Wise Platform

Overview

As Head of Business Operations, you will shape and scale Wise Platform’s servicing for partner banks and enterprises. You’ll own the operational roadmap, ensuring partner KPIs stay healthy and scalable as Wise grows. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to fix structural issues and incubate new partnerships or products. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, offering broad exposure to product and servicing operations. You’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission to move money without borders.

Responsibilities

• Own servicing and operational KPIs across cross-functional teams and incubate operations for new partnership types or products
• Lead partner success by ensuring partner KPIs and SLAs are stable and green
• Influence product and indirectly lead operational teams to ensure high performance and capacity alignment for partners
• Define and execute the global operational roadmap aligned with growth and partner expectations
• Drive autonomy for your team to shape the vision and pursue impact while incorporating feedback
• Grow and inspire cross-functional teams (customer success, servicing, operations) to support Wise Platform
• Provide exposure to the full breadth of product and servicing operations, including expansion and new product launches
• Ensure servicing models scale effectively to support the mission of making money borderless

Key requirements

• 8+ years in a broad leadership or senior operational role within payments/fintech/financial services or technology
• Track record of delivering large-scale, end-to-end solutions in data-driven environments
• Strong data fluency with ability to use spreadsheets, analytics dashboards; SQL and Python preferred
• Proven ability to execute at a high level in customer service-type contexts
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and influence without formal authority
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and prioritizing customer and partner needs
