Overview

In this Vice President role, you will lead strategic, fast-paced initiatives to strengthen the EMEA Global Corporate Banking (GCB) franchise. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across global teams to design operating models, improve processes, and manage risk. You’ll translate complex problems into actionable solutions and communicate impact to senior management. This role offers exposure to audits, compliance and regulatory initiatives, with a clear focus on driving operational excellence and cross-functional coordination. You will work in a dynamic environment where shaping scalable solutions and partnering with diverse teams matter.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, fast-paced projects with pragmatic problem-solving
• Shape operating models, training, process reviews, and risk management for EMEA GCB
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues ensuring timely solutions
• Foster collaboration across GCB Operations, sub-lines, partners, and governance teams
• Present clear, impactful updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Engage in front office audits, compliance tests, and regulatory initiatives affecting EMEA GCB
