Rippling is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead UK and Ireland payroll delivery for our EOR customers. You’ll own complex processing, handle escalations, and ensure accurate tax treatment across pay types and leaves, while guiding teams and partners in a cross-functional environment.

With deep UK and Irish payroll knowledge and a track record of end-to-end payroll excellence, you will drive improvements, governance, and scalable processes within Rippling’s Global Payroll Operations.
