Senior Payroll Specialist – Hybrid, UK Pensions & Benefits

BMC Recruitment Group is supporting a long-standing UK business to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist who will manage the end-to-end monthly payroll for around 450 employees. This standalone role will run the payroll operation, drive compliance and shape future improvements to systems and processes.

You’ll work closely with HR and Finance, an external payroll provider, and operate on a hybrid basis after probation (office-based initially).
