Resident Liaison & Refurb Co-ordinator – Birmingham

Skilled Careers are recruiting for a Tenancy/Resident Liaison Officer in the Birmingham area on a temporary ongoing basis. You will liaise between tenants and the contractor, manage schedules, and keep residents updated to minimise disruption.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; start immediately. Role covers Birmingham and surrounding areas with refurbishment works on social housing properties.
