Kepak Kirkham is seeking ambitious graduates for a two-year Graduate Programme spanning factory floor rotations, sales, marketing and new-product-design. You will gain hands-on operations experience before moving into account management and commercial roles.
The programme includes travel to UK and Ireland sites, mentorship, structured learner journey and development plan, with a start date in September 2027 and a starting salary of £29,500 rising to £31,000 in year two.
