TSU Team Lead — Field-Based Retail Security

Kingdom Services Group is seeking a TSU Team Leader to oversee intelligence-led mobile retail security operations across Tesco stores. You will lead a team of TSU Officers, coordinate deployments with Tesco’s SOC and store management, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role is field-based with travel between assigned Tesco locations, approximately 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends to meet operational needs.
