Payroll & HR Officer — Own End-to-End Payroll (Onsite)

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Payroll HR Officer to join its HR team in Telford. You will own the UK payroll end-to-end and provide HR administration across the employee lifecycle in a busy, onsite environment.

You will work closely with HR, Finance and site managers, ensuring accurate payroll, compliant records, and timely pay. A strong UK payroll background, RTI, PAYE and pension knowledge are essential.
