Registered Nurse & On-Shift Team Leader

Horsfall House in Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead the on-shift care team and coordinate nursing services for residents. You will ensure person-centred, high-quality care aligned with NMC standards, regulatory requirements and Horsfall House values.

As part of the leadership team, you will support colleagues, manage incidents, and promote wellbeing, dignity and independence for residents while maintaining accurate clinical records.
