Multi-Site Facilities Leader – Soft Services

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support delivery of soft services across three client sites in Greater Belfast. You will lead teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliant, safe service delivery including cleaning, catering, security and maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a catering manager background, strong leadership skills and experience with CAFM systems. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are essential.
