Site HR Assistant – Recruitment, Onboarding & Engagement

The Dawn Meats Group, operating as Dunbia in the UK, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary and grievance support, absence management, employee relations and performance management.

Based at two West Country sites (roughly 30 minutes apart), the role requires travel between sites. Standard hours are 8:30–17:00, with a salary of £27,000 per annum. Full training, mentoring and a supportive team are provided.
