In this role you help financial services clients evolve risk and compliance capabilities through practical, future-focused programs. You will lead workstreams in regulatory change, translate data into actionable insights, and shape enterprise risk frameworks with clear governance. You collaborate across functions and geographies to deliver tangible client outcomes, enabling growth while modernizing risk processes. Responsibilities

• Shape and structure workstreams in regulatory change programmes and mobilize international teams
• Lead gap analysis of current state against regulatory requirements and propose improvements
• Draft and present high-quality client deliverables and program updates
• Design future-ready enterprise risk management frameworks including risk strategy, appetite statements, and KRIs
• Coordinate with the three lines of defence to align risk strategy with business goals
• Analyze risk and compliance processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities
• Monitor emerging risks and trends to shape innovative client solutions
• Apply traditional and emerging technologies to modernize risk management processes and culture
• Mentor junior team members and provide trainings and on-the-job coaching

Key requirements

• Experience in risk management, audit, compliance or related roles in financial services or fintech
• Strong communication and analytical skills with data-driven storytelling
• Proven ability to build relationships in international contexts
• Experience with COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000 frameworks
• Experience with risk assessment, control testing, KRIs, governance and reporting
• Proficiency with data analytics/visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with automating risk management processes and AI-driven insights; familiarity with GRC tools
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Professional certifications in risk and controls management are a plus
• Consulting experience or Big 4 background is a plus
