Trauma-Informed Outreach & Sustainment Officer

Carrington West is recruiting an Outreach & Sustainment Officer for East London on an initial 3-month contract. You will deliver assertive outreach to individuals sleeping rough, assess needs, and help them access housing and related services to move away from the streets.

The role requires trauma-informed, client-centred support and collaboration with housing teams and external partners. 36 hours per week, inside IR35 umbrella engagement.
