We are looking for a confident, organised and tenant-focused Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team. You will help deliver a responsive, fair and high-quality housing management service, building positive relationships with tenants and helping to sustain successful tenancies across our homes
This rewarding role involves:
Managing all aspectsof a tenancy to assisttenants in sustainingtheir tenancy
Support, rent collection andearly intervention, workingconstructively with tenantsto prevent arrears andtenancy failure.
Responding promptly totenancy enquiries,neighbourhoodconcerns and reports ofanti-social behaviour.
Carrying out home visits,estate inspections andtenancy checks,maintaining accurate andtimely records.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionateabout delivering excellent services to tenants andwho can help ensure tenancies are sustained.
- Have experience delivering a tenantfocused housing, tenancy or communityservice.
- Have strong IT skills and experience usingdatabases and Microsoft Officeapplications.
- Be able to manage competing prioritiesand work to deadlines.
- Be confident to work both independentlyand as part of a team.
- Be proactive, solution-focused, and able tobuild positive working relationships.
