Eyewear Advisor & Customer Care Champion

Boots Opticians in Stroud is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor, listening to their needs and guiding them to the right eyewear solution.

You will greet customers, assist with dispensing and collection of glasses and contact lenses, support pre-screening activities and eye-tests, provide aftercare through repairs and adjustments, and manage related admin tasks under the store manager.
