Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Lead Legionella Risk Assessor to join their growing company. Candidates must hold a strong track record of conducting legionella risk assessments and will be able to utilise their experience to audit completed works and oversee a team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and will be confident in communicating with clients and colleagues to resolve issues and deliver projects. You will be joining a successful outfit who provide full legionella, water hygiene and plumbing services. Salaries on offer are competitive and packages include: company vehicle and overtime earning.
Experience / Qualifications
- Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor Supervisor
- Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
- Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Proven experience leading / overseeing teams
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
The Role
- Overseeing successful completion of Legionella Risk Assessments within a successful company
- Auditing and quality checking completed reports
- Providing training and support to Legionella Risk Assessors
- Carrying out performance reviews with Risk Assessors
- Conducting legionella risk assesments on domestic hot and cold water systems
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Troubleshooting issues on site
- Creating detailed risk assessment reports and schematic drawings
- Ensuring works are completed within agreed timeframes
- Keeping up-to-date with industry guidelines
